One of the most requested virtual activities of prior participants of the Happy Healthy Caregiver Virtual Cafe is to do some Yoga together!
Elizabeth is partnering with a yoga instructor and co-founder of Yoga4Caregivers, Ellen McKay to lead the group through some feel good movements that can be taken anywhere as family caregivers.
She’ll also be awarding a few prizes by playing a couple rounds of 20 Questions!
