I can only begin to tell other caregivers how much exercise has helped me. Even though I’m an outdoorsy kind of person, regular fitness routines never were a thing for me. But, this past year I’ve gotten into it more and it’s made such a difference in my overall wellbeing — mind and body.
I saw Nuremberg over Thanksgiving weekend. Wow! Excellent performances and I learned so much about the Holocaust that I didn’t know. I highly recommend the movie!
I’m advocating for a family whose father is quite ill. There are more and more hurdles to even getting someone on the phone, let alone the care itself.
