There are quite a few movies that I want to see. I’m trying to get a group of caregivers together to go. Those in Brooklyn this weekend and want to possibly join me, please let me know.

My home exercise routine has been up and down (no pun intended) for the past few months. The holidays and all that go with them made it difficult to keep up. Any caregivers out there want an accountability partner? DM me, please.

I saw My Care Friends post on LinkedIn about the launch of Global Caregiving Youth Collective series. This is awesome! I was a caregiving youth and it absolutely impacted me in various ways. Great that there will be light on this topic from young carers themselves!
