I just read about the mediterranean and 3 other diet types that may lower dementia risk, especially in women. Using data from the UK Biobank, the results confirmed the benefits of dietary patterns like the Mediterranean diet and the MIND diet and suggest that inflammatory diets may increase someone’s chances of developing dementia.

One of the families I’ve written about before is really challenging related to advocacy. I’m in a tough spot. I know the situation of their mom better than they do, by far.
