My mom’s mental health issues are challenged at this time of year. I turn to dear friends for support and wonder where it will all lead. Still looking for an excellent online support group for caregivers of parents with mental health issues. Thanks to those who reached out already. 🙏

Christmas was a hard day. Seeing my uncle was so sad. This once vibrant human being is more and more lost in a new world. My heart goes out to all souls afflicted with this disease and loved ones who are trying to gain balance with the new realities of life.

Wow, I definitely need some good meditation time after Christmas!
