Sigh. I’m about to give up on my family helping with my mom. So frustrating!

What a great time of year to take weekend getaways! I love the weather changing and beautiful leaves along with it. The respite it provides from caregiving has been come back feeling refreshed and ready to handle all situations that come my way!

I’ve been asked to do a safety seminar by a local nursing home. I’m honored and will keep you posted on details.
