DESCRIPTION:Linking Individuals Needing Care (LINC): Care Coordination Trai
 ning is a skills-based training that teaches professionals suicide risk id
 entification skills\, rapport-building strategies\, continuity of care str
 ategies\, and steps for collaborating with helping professionals to streng
 then systems of care to keep individuals who are considering suicide safe.
 \n\nThis training goes over the FL LEADS Project Care Coordination and int
 ensive follow-up model. This is a 7-hour training for care coordinators\, 
 case managers\, peer specialists\, and health and mental health profession
 als. CEUs are provided for Florida Board Certified LCSWs\, LMFTs\, and LMH
 Cs\n\nThis class is FREE and limited to 30 participants. A Zoom link will 
 be provided to the confirmed list 24 hours prior to the training.\n\nJuly 
 26\, 2023: 9 AM - 4 PM (CT) / 10 AM - 5 PM (EST)
